Our Aussie Wedding
Monday, December 24, 2007Date: December 10th, 2007
Location: South Side Weddings, Brisbane, Australia
Civil Celebrant: Patricia Burns
Witnesses: Selina and Auntie Lucia
"我這邊處理完馬上帶你們去買花," said Selina。
Absolutely my style。
"The picture has 18 roses. I can do 10 for $70," the flourist said.
What?!
How much are you willing to pay?"
"50," Selina said.
"I can do that without wiring," she replied.

"Lynn (A.K.A Chunyu), 我很佩服妳耶!

Get ready for the big moment
Ta-da! Here comes the bride and groom

"I'd prepared something simple for the ceremony, unless anyone wants to say something?"
"No," eveyone said at once.

Introduction
"Good afternon, my name is Patricia Burns and I welcome you to be witness with me, at the marriage of Jason Yit Kian Kong and Chun-yu Lin.
"Jason and Chun-yu have honoured us by inviting us to be present, with them, as they take their marriage vows to declare their love and commitment to each other. Of all the men and women they know they have chosen each other to journey through life, together.
"Marriage offers opportunities for sharing and growth that no other relationship can equal, a joining that is promised for a lifetime. It encompasses all of life's most important relationships. A wife and a husband are each other's best friend, confident, lover, teacher, listener and critic.
"Marriage understands and forgives the mistakes life is unable to avoid. It encourages and nurtures new life, new experiences, and new ways of expressing love through the seasons of life."
Marriage Act Declaration
"I, Patricia Burns, as a Civial Celebrant, am duly authorised to solemnise your marriage, according to the laws of this country. Before you, Jason, and you, Chun-yu, are joined together in marriage, in my presence and in the presence of family and friends, I am bound to remind you of the solemn, the serious and the finding nature of the relationship upon which you are now about to enter. Marriage is the union of a man and a woman to the exclusion of all others, and is entered into for life."
